I’m Jennifer Casella, founder of Soul Remedy Wellness. I created Soul Remedy as a space where people can step away from the demands of everyday life and experience wellness in a way that feels personal, supportive, and restorative.
As a Reiki Master Teacher and holistic wellness practitioner, I take an individualized approach to every client. My work combines modern wellness technology with holistic practices, including Vibroacoustic Therapy, PEMF, Red Light Therapy, Reiki, and Somatic Breathing & Movement.
I’m especially passionate about helping people who feel stressed, overwhelmed, stressed physically depleted, or simply ready to prioritize themselves. My goal is to provide a private, welcoming environment where every session is tailored to what you need that day.
At Soul Remedy Wellness, wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s private, personalized, and purposeful.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No shows or r same day cancellations may be charges 100% of the scheduled service.
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened in order to respect the appointment after yours. The full service price will still apply.
